Many people think that if they go to the gym, and work extensively giving more than 100 percent that they are going to gain a lot of muscle weight. But even after putting in so much effort, skinny guys are frustrated when they are unable to gain any muscle weight. The problem with hard gainers is that they don't keep it simple and short but try each and every tip in various health magazines.
WORKOUTS TO BE FOLLOWED
As I just said, hard gainers should keep it simple and should do the following basic exercises religiously. The major compound exercises like dead lifts, squats, and bench presses help in increasing muscle mass. As most skinny guys can work hard, there shouldn't be health problems when they attempt the workouts. If there are health problems, they should contact a doctor. If they are not familiar with these exercises they should consult a physical trainer and do it under his guidance.
